Part II</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Let's continue with our discussion...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Universal Law of Giving.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Is the law working for you or against you?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;It works like this. What you give is what you get. Other people's actions and words are a reflection of your actions and words. It's like as if you are facing yourself in front of a mirror. If you smile at people, most people will smile back.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;This is the universal law that is working.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;However, like most network marketers have the law working against them by telling, presenting or persuading people to do things they want to do. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;This resulted in most people will tell them back in 3 ways:-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;1) Rejection&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2) Objections&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;3) When people say they are interested to involve in your business but they don't. This is also called "Buyers Remorse".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;In the world of relationship business like ours, if you want the universal law of giving to work for you, and have people listen to you and your solutions, then listen with the intent to understand them first.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;I hope I have given some valuable insights on how to improve your relationship building business. They are often motivated by their very own interests, money, and etc. I guess you may have  heard "What's In It For Me?" illness; and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2) Most people does not like being told or persuaded to do their things, but to my surprise, they do like to learn what to do and how to do it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;And do you know that when network marketers hear someone express their problems or needs, such as a need for money or good health.... they quickly started rambling in with their solutions without discovering much, if anything, about understanding the person's situation or needs and the history behind it?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;They just rattled and rattled thinking ahead that "one size fits all" type of sharing.... that basically "tells" them what to do.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;We have to really asked ourselves when building relationships in our business... does one size fits all? Or are we all unique in how we see things? I found that if we choose to act on the one size fits all perspectives, then rejection and objections is what we are attracting.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;The truth is, it doesn’t matter much what you think about your solutions and whether you are going to work with them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;It’s what the other person thinks. So if you start your relationships by overpowering people and coming up with your solutions too early, most people will withdraw. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;As a result you have to learn the conventional selling techniques of objection handling, closing and mental strategies to overcome the rejection you created in the first place! It becomes a 'numbers game' that requires a great deal of effort and time to make it work for you.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;People virtually like to do things for their reasons and not ours!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Try to observe your own experiences in your business&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Have you ever been in a situation where you asked someone for a solution to a problem and they started with the words, “You know what you should do…?” Did you feel resentful or annoyed, even though you asked for help? If you did, it’s probably because you didn’t feel involved and your own uniqueness and knowledge was not being acknowledged. I would like to share my thoughts on why building strong foundation in relationships for the sales profession is very important.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Why conventional sales techniques and systems taught to Distributors :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;*** Are not effective for most of them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;*** It actually cause more objections and rejections that they would prefer not to have.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;How can we reverse this and change the results in our business by adopting a different approach. I called it natural communication or subtle communication which I have been using it every now and then in my business.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Here goes....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Do you make this mistake when talking with potential customers and partners? Or&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;The way we communicate and build relationship will determine the way people respond to us...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Did you ever asked yourself what is the greatest fear that holds back most people to go into our kind of business? It the fear of rejection and all the painful feelings that come with that.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;There are many types of rejection, but I have identified there are mainly 2 rejections.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;1) They said "I am not interested" type of rejection.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2) The type where someone who has looked at your business and stare blindly at you and in their mind said to themselves that "Oh, this business doesn't really fit where I am looking for?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;What actually causes rejection in our kind of business?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Did you ever have the following feelings?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;1) Have anxious feelings about to people about your business idea, or even your solutions,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2) Do you need to get motivated or "pump-up" before your meet prospective clients,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;3) Or do you drag yourself to make those calls to your either your warm or cold prospective partners and your anxiousness actually prevents you from making those phone-calls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;From my experience and observation, it is definitely the way we communicate, building the relationships, or thinking of what to say before speaking to the actual person, that is causing the rejections we faced.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Do you know what is pulling you from moving forward?
